The LogiSync platform provides digital tools for logistics coordination, container tracking, customs documentation management, and planning of maritime and air transport routes. The services are intended exclusively for production companies and authorized importers.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete data upon registration, not to violate current legislation on international trade, and not to use the platform for fraudulent activities. Any violation may lead to immediate suspension of the account.

LogiSync makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the services, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure. The accuracy of tracking data depends on information received from transport partners.

Under no circumstances shall LogiSync be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or supply chain interruptions exceeding the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.

Personal and commercial data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. LogiSync implements technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

LogiSync reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

The user may request account termination at any time by contacting the support team. LogiSync may suspend or close access in case of non-compliance with the terms, without prior notice.
